About Saffron
I am currently a Y10 student in St Peter's Girls' School who is accelerating and studying SACE Stage 1 Chinese in my school. Chinese is my mother tongue which I have been studied for more than 10 years. When I was China, I was one of the top three students in my Chinese Literature class, and had been elected as a host for several provincial events and competitions. Additionally, in my English class at my current school, I am also the top 10% student, meaning that I am very capable with communicating and explaining difficult concepts clearly.

My teaching method is flexible and will be based on the students' needs. I would encourage my students to study in a relaxing way which then gradually builds up their confidence in speaking and reading in Chinese, as well as applying the knowledge to everyday life. During my teaching process, I would also use different books, visual images and other tools to engage with my student, ensuring my lesson to be engaging. I will also be very flexible about adjusting my teaching methods or approaches and find the best way to work with the students!
