About Kerry
I am a PCM (process communication model) Certified Trainer. PCM has been used by PIXAR, NASA and many other global corporations. It is used for teaching person-to-person communication to all ages and abilities. I discovered this model while working as a qualified lawyer and qualified mediator. I used the model to help me decode stressed clients to resolve their disputes. I was so impressed I immediately started teaching it to all ages in schools and to the employees we have in my business. I have many years' experience as a court litigator and dispute resolution specialist in commercial and discrimination law. Don't be intimidated! I am a warm, compassionate and friendly soul and love to care for and play with my children and my two dogs Dave and Dash! I live on a strawberry farm so it's hard work but we enjoy lots of great space. I believe I have a particular gift in my ability to connect and work with young people simply helping them make sense of themselves and getting forward with life. Also teaching them how to avoid stress. I am passionate about teaching young people how to be happier by being able to predict their own behaviours and the behaviour of others. This is such a cool daily tool! I own several businesses including the strawberry farm. I teach all my young recruits the same lessons as I teach here. They absolutely love it.

I provide 1-1 coaching and mentoring online or in person. Learn about you. Most people struggle to describe their character strengths in an interview. I teach this with awareness of your unique personality, your preferred way of communicating, your motivations, management style and environmental preferences. We can progress to understanding and predicting stress behaviours and how to manage these with ease. All my tutoring sessions are relaxed and light-hearted even when the work gets challenging and I need accountability from you.
