Well, as her supervisor, teacher, and boss, i have seen her abilities to bring the best not only in herself but also her co-workers and subordinates. She has the ability to give words to the ideas and concepts and present them in a best possible way. She helped me in writing research development and business proposals, and perform training of young researchers, and i have never seen someone with such an ability to transform the new-bees into mature workers in short intervals of time.
