During this course, we will explore the role of the Scrum Master in the context of your team and in the entire enterprise, so you are prepared to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization. You will learn the key components of Agile development at scale, how Scrum is facilitated throughout the enterprise, and how to execute Iteration planning.
