About Linda Kathryn
I am going to school for a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Science with a focus on American Sign Language Interpreting. I have been tutoring in mathematics for 6 years now, freelance and working with a company. Many of my students will see about a 10 point increase in their overall grade. I myself achieve high 90s to 100s in my own math classes.

I mainly focus on elementary to middle school students but will branch into high school. I like to see how the student goes about solving a problem and help them build a strong foundation in which to build their skills up. The biggest problem, I've noticed with math, if that a student often doesn't understand a fundamental concept and thus, everything built upon that tends to not be as strong. I want to get to the base and work from there.

My rates are subject to change after speaking with the client and working out a suitable rate based on the individual. If the client or myself need to cancel I ask for close to 5 hours prior otherwise I reserve the right to charge for the scheduled hour. I understand emergencies do happen and will not charge if such occurs.
