About Samuel
Former couch potato who had little interest in fitness but enjoyed training hard during tennis sessions. At 16 I started taking interest in exercise, diet, recovery, exercise psychology and many other fields in the wast world of well being. After I started figuring the basics out, I immediately wanted to help my friends and family. Today the desire to see people improve is stronger than ever, because for each person that I help my gratitude for having discovered this profession increases.

Teaching method learnt from the NCEF, based on research and personal experience. I can help you improve your physical and mental wellbeing, and fix muscle imbalances that can cause poor posture and pain. Beginners and intermediates of any age are welcome. Before the lesson we'll do a screening and questionnaire to understand your goals and preferences. A posture assessment is optional and free.
