About Randy
I have taught Math and Physics at the community college level. Many of my students have kept in touch and I have in some cases taught their family members as well. I have also taught at an Alternative High School. I did this for 5 years. I was also the GED Coordinator for a local Indian tribe; and did that for 5 years as well.

I believe that all students can do well at math and physics. This is achieved by letting the student ask questions. In addition, the more I can encourage the student to talk about the Math, the more sharp set the student becomes in concept development. I am a Falconer. I raise, and am starting a Breeding Project with Finnish Goshawks. These hawks are confidence based hunters. They respond well to operant conditioning and positive reinforcement. You never punish or intimidate a Goshawk. You encourage and support. I have done this for 30 years. A math or physics student is no different.
