Semi-retired, award-winning band director is offering music reading and music theory lessons on various band instruments (wind and percussion) for students from beginning 3 - 5 grade to high school.

Jeanne has more than thirty years of experience in both music education and musical performance as a multi-instrumentalist.

Her teaching history includes students from early grade school age through high school. She is highly skilled in tailoring her lessons to each individual's needs. Her knowledge of music theory and practice serve as a foundation for the quality of her delivery. She has extensive experience in both in-person instruction as well as online delivery modes.

Jeanne is knowledgeable in all genres of music including pop, rock, jazz, and classical forms. Since she has performed with groups in all of the above genres, her understanding is much deeper than a simply academic approach would offer.
