About Begum
About Me:
I have been working as a Business Analyst since 2011, and with over 15 years of experience, I bridge the gap between business and technology teams across diverse sectors. I have served numerous clients as a Senior Business Analyst in banking, education, insurance, a non-profit organization serving the visually impaired, and most recently, a global consultancy firm. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with programmers, software engineers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders. I have also mentored junior and mid-level BAs, and participated in IIBA study groups and mentoring programs.

Who are my courses for?
My courses are suitable for programmers, software engineers, testers, Junior Business Analysts, Product Owners, non-technical managers, and university students aiming for careers in Business Analysis or IT.
What's in the Courses?
My courses are practical, hands-on, and scenario-driven. We work through real project examples; focusing on writing user stories and acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization, RICE and MoSCoW methods, Jira usage, and Miro workshops.
My goal is not just to teach theory; it's to develop skills that participants can immediately apply in their professional lives. Therefore, I customize the courses to each student's level and needs.
Course Format
Online courses are conducted via Microsoft Teams. I offer one-on-one or small group courses of up to 4 people. If necessary, we work practically with Jira sandbox and Miro boards. Courses can be given in English or Turkish.
