About Ereny
I grew up struggling in school and I am not naturally smart, so I had to teach myself how to study and find out what works for me. I will never make a student feel bad for struggling in something and I value my judgment-free studying zone. I know how hard it can sometimes be to reach out for help but I want my students to know that I am always at their disposal whenever they need me.

My typical approach to teaching is learning more about my student to discover how they most effectively learn. This way, I can mold my teaching methods to whatever helps them learn the best. I start by finding out what the student is capable of and then discovering the areas they are struggling in. My tutoring sessions begin by teaching the material and breaking down complex concepts into more simple and digestible wording. After, I spend lots of time doing practice because in my experience, any learning done without practice is useless. I spend lots of time breaking down the practice problems to prevent any silly mistakes. I can tutor in math up to Calculus 2, basic and AP Chemistry, Biology, GBBE, and Environmental Science.
