My lessons focus on off-ice training and specialized conditioning for figure skaters. Each session is designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, core stability, and overall body control. And also on-ice class with jumps technique (single, double), spins, skating skills. Training is adapted to the skater’s age, level, and goals, with specific exercises to support jumps, spins, posture, and injury prevention. My aim is to help skaters become stronger, more confident, and more efficient on the ice
