I have more experience in teaching group lessons, but have done some individual lessons. I teach based on the riders goals and the horses experience. I do lost of grid work in jumping lessons, this helps to practice combinations and lines. I am flexible during lessons based on the behavior of the horse on the day as I know that horses have minds of their own and don't always react in a way we expect them to. I have gained experience in dealing with skittish horses while training multiple horses, my latest being an off the track Thoroughbred mare.
