About Jessica
"Silence is often the most important part of a beautiful vocal phrase. We start by working on diction and articulation to ensure your lyrics carry the weight they deserve. The lessons are quite structured. We focus heavily on warm-up exercises and finding that balance between head and chest voice.
I integrate my BM Contemporary Music background to help students with sight singing and harmony singing. Tone and resonance are always the primary goals during our sessions. Performance confidence comes when you understand your own instrument.
We review performance recordings together each month to track your progress and celebrate your growth. It is quite a relaxing process."

"Have you ever wondered why certain vocal performances move you more than others? With 13 years of experience in the industry, I have seen exactly what makes a singer resonate with an audience.
I have taught 190 students ranging from absolute beginners to those prepping for grade exams. My background as a BM Contemporary Music graduate from AIM allows me to bridge the gap between technical resonance and artistic expression. I find that hobbyists often struggle with stage fright management, which is something I help address early on. It feels good to see a student find their natural tone.
My journey through the Latin music scene influences how I teach phrasing and rhythm. It is just the way I do things."
