About Alexis
Kids and hobbyists often seek me out to build a foundation that actually lasts. My 169 students have taught me that every voice is different. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Music. Flamenco and chacarera melodies taught me that singing is an expression of culture.
I teach vocal range extension and belting with this focus. You will find I am rhythmic and playful.
Pitch control and sight singing are central to my work. My approach helps self-taught players find a clear, structured path. I bring my Latin-American-Australian background to every session. You deserve a vocal coach who listens.

A warm cup of tea sits on my piano while we start our first vocal warm up exercises. You will hear your own voice resonate in the room as we find your natural range. I build a personalised song list specifically around the unique notes you reach comfortably.
My Bachelor of Music degree ensures that even the most technical aspects of harmony singing feel intuitive. Beginners and grade exam candidates often find this process quite rewarding. Just bring your enthusiasm and we will get started.
