About Lily
With a MSc in Applied Physics and over 8 years of teaching experience, I specialize in optics and wave phenomena. I cover light, sound, and electromagnetic waves, including ray tracing, interference, and diffraction. My lessons emphasize both theory and practical applications.
I work with students studying photonics, telecommunications, and imaging sciences. Lessons include visualizations, simulations, and interactive exercises to build conceptual understanding. I tailor each session to the student’s interests and learning style.

My teaching style focuses on storytelling, curiosity, and interactive learning to make Physics easier and more enjoyable. Many beginners struggle with equations, so I first build a clear conceptual understanding before introducing mathematical expressions. This helps students feel comfortable with the subject from the beginning.
Lessons often begin with familiar experiences such as falling objects, sound vibrations, light reflection, and electrical devices we use every day. By exploring these examples, students begin to understand how physics explains everyday phenomena around them.
Visual explanations play a big role in my teaching. Diagrams, demonstrations, and simple experiments help students imagine how forces, energy, and waves behave. Learning becomes much more engaging when students can see concepts instead of only reading about them.
Special attention is given to learners preparing for aviation careers or physics competitions. Their analytical thinking is developed through deeper discussions and challenging problem-solving activities that strengthen both speed and understanding.
