I propose to give some coaching of slackline (a strap stretched between two trees or poles), to all public, and even if you are beginner or champion of the world thanks to my talents of observer and of coach!
The slackline is a very popular practice and requires technique to get to stand, walk and make figures. I will teach you keys, tricks, to progress at high speed S : how to install a slackline, how to ride on, the basics of balance on a strap, how to make figures, how to warm and stretch correctly, and impress all your friends !
We can also use the slackline I'm equipped with, or yours. Coaching will take place outside in the park of the "Port aux Cerises" or a park near your home.
