Throughout my career, I've found working with other engineers and those that are keen to program most rewarding. Especially those with a keen eye for detail and striving for high quality code. I've found that pairing up with others is the best way to learn code. I have also written books on best practices in software engineering teams, and given talks at technology meetups in London sharing my knowledge.
