About Baskaran
Hi, I’m Baskaran Chidambaram, an AI Solution Lead and Intelligent Automation professional with 9+ years of experience in the IT industry.
My technology journey started with RPA and Intelligent Process Automation, where I worked on designing and delivering automation solutions and leading automation initiatives. Over the years, I have evolved from building rule-based automations to working with Generative AI, AI Agents and Agentic AI.
Today, my focus is on helping organizations understand and implement the next generation of Agentic solution. I work on AI solution design, AI agents, Agentic Process Automation, Generative AI, MCP and enterprise AI use cases. I am also part of a Go-To-Market team, where I work on AI solutions, develop Proofs of Concept and present technology solutions to demonstrate how AI can solve real business problems.
One of the most important parts of my journey has been the transition from RPA to Agentic AI. This experience taught me that learning AI is not simply about learning another programming framework or using LLM's. It requires a different way of thinking — understanding how AI reasons, how agents interact with tools and systems, and how we can design reliable solutions around them.

I don't teach AI only from textbooks or theoretical concepts. I teach from the perspective of someone who is actively working with these technologies and solving real-world problems.

AI is changing faster than any technology we have seen before. Learning AI today is not about memorizing definitions, watching endless tutorials, or simply learning how to write prompts. My teaching methodology is different — I focus on helping you understand how AI works, build practical solutions, and develop the confidence to apply AI to real-world problems.

My Teaching Methodology
1. Understand → Don't Memorize
I explain complex AI concepts in simple language and use real-world analogies so that you understand why something works before learning how to implement it.
2. Learn → Build → Experiment
Every concept is connected to a practical example. Instead of spending the entire session on slides, we build things together and experiment with AI tools, APIs, agents and automation workflows.
3. Theory + Hands-on + Real Use Cases
You will learn the concept, see how it works, implement it yourself, and understand where it can actually be used in the industry.
4. From Simple to Advanced
We start with fundamentals and progressively move towards Generative AI, AI Agents, Agentic AI, MCP, RAG and intelligent automation. You don't need to be an AI expert before starting.
5. Learn Through Problems, Not Just Topics
Instead of saying "today we will learn AI Agents," I prefer to start with a real problem and ask: How can an AI agent solve this? This helps you develop problem-solving and solution-design skills rather than simply following tutorials.

I bring examples from enterprise automation and AI solution development so you can understand how these technologies are actually used beyond simple ChatGPT demonstrations.
