I would structure our class time as follows:
1) Ensuring that the student knows how to use the formulas.
2) Ensuring that the student can derive and understand the
formulas.
3) When applicable, ensuring that the student can prove the theorems.
4) Practical and theoretical problems to assess the level of understanding.
Overall, I am a friendly tutor who holds his students' best interest at heart. I expect a fulfilling and gratifying experience for the student.
