My method that we currently implement in the teams we work with is the following: according to the characteristics of the group athletes, we work on situations that may be requested in the matches, such as positioning, compacting, marking, etc. The team is trained from the first session so that positions perform functions that will perform in the future and all types of training, including those of physical character are performed with ball and according to the proposed scheme.
