As a Mexican national, I know firsthand how daunting it is to move to a different language, I believe I would be able to make the students feel welcome and anticipate their needs as well as understanding their fears.
By supporting them, taking an interest in their cultures, and facilitate their integration I believe is essential in helping them succeed. I consider my personal experience to be a real asset to this
