About Mariluz
I am an elementary educator and a yoga teacher. I have been giving Spanish lessons and providing support to students at the elementary level in all subjects for 2 years. Before I was a classroom teacher in public schools mainly at the elementary levels and a couple of years in middle school.

I base my teaching on student's needs. It's important to get to know the student's interests, as well as their academic level to fill in the gaps. My approach is designing a learning plan based on the student's ability and learning style. I create my own curriculum based on my years of experience and adapt my lessons to fit the student-specific needs. My teaching is fun and engaging. I am more of a facilitator and a guide, which allows students to show their full potential and gain confidence as a result.
