About Juan Diego

I am Master of Education, I've got a Graduate Specialization in Social Management and I also graduated from a B.A in Foreign Language teaching. I've been a languages professor in a Colombian university for more than 20 years, and I have also had the opportunity to live abroad and teach Spanish around England and Australia.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is based on the concept of communicative competence which aims that students, by the end of a language level, be able to perform well in a real language setting. I give priority to the student's interests and needs, so the classes can be meaningful for each learner.

I met Juan when I was doing my B.A in English-Spanish Teaching. He was one of my English language professors and I do not hesitate to say he's the best teacher I ever had, because he actually cares about you as a student, and uses many different strategies to help you learn and overcome any difficulty you might have. I'd love to have classes again with Juan, since they are very engaging, interesting and fun. He really knows how to get you involve learning a new language, I would say that's because He's got plenty of experience as a teacher. I totally recommend people to have lessons with him.
