About Leontina
Hello! My name is Leontina, and I'm passionate about languages, travel, and meeting people from different cultures. Throughout my life, I've discovered that learning a language is much more than studying grammar or vocabulary: it's opening a door to new experiences, new friendships, and new ways of seeing the world. That's why I enjoy teaching Spanish to students of different nationalities so much. I love helping people learn Spanish to travel, work, integrate into a Spanish-speaking country, or simply for the pleasure of discovering a fascinating language and culture. Each student has a different story, goals, and pace, and I believe that this diversity is one of the greatest strengths of my work. Sharing my language and culture while learning about other cultures through my students is an experience that I'm passionate about and that enriches me every day.

My Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) classes are designed for adults of various nationalities who want to learn Spanish in a practical, relaxed way, tailored to their goals. My approach focuses on students starting to communicate in Spanish from day one, gradually gaining confidence and progressing at their own pace. I create a comfortable and motivating environment where learning feels natural and enjoyable. Each class is adapted to the student's needs and interests. We can work on conversation, listening comprehension, pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary expansion, grammar, and preparation for real-life situations in daily life, academic settings, or professional contexts. I use a variety of materials and dynamic activities to make learning useful and meaningful. My goal is for students to feel increasingly confident using Spanish in real-life contexts and to enjoy the learning process.
