About Iryna

Hello! My name is Iryna, and I am a qualified Ukrainian language teacher with a Master's Degree in Language Teaching and more than eight years of professional experience.

Teaching is not just my profession—it is something I genuinely enjoy. I love helping people discover a new language and seeing the moment when they begin to communicate with confidence. Over the years, I have taught more than 6,200 lessons to students from different countries, cultures and backgrounds, and every learning journey has been unique.

I believe that learning a language should be engaging, encouraging and practical. My lessons are patient, supportive and adapted to each student's goals, whether you are learning Ukrainian for travel, work, family connections, heritage, relocation or personal interest.

Outside teaching, I enjoy learning languages myself and understand both the excitement and the challenges of being a language learner. This helps me create lessons that are motivating, well structured and focused on real progress.

About the lesson

Every lesson is tailored to your individual goals, learning style and pace. Whether you are learning Ukrainian for travel, work, family, academic purposes or simply for personal interest, I will create a structured learning plan designed specifically for you.

My teaching focuses on practical communication from the very first lesson. Rather than memorising long grammar rules, you will learn to understand and use the language naturally through speaking, listening, reading and real-life situations. Grammar is always explained clearly and practised in context, making it easier to remember and apply.

I hold a Master's Degree in Language Teaching and have more than 8 years of teaching experience, with over 6,200 lessons taught to students from all over the world. I have worked with complete beginners, intermediate and advanced learners, children, teenagers and adults, helping each student build confidence and achieve measurable progress.

Lessons usually last 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged if required. I provide personalised materials, interactive exercises and regular feedback to ensure steady improvement between lessons.

My goal is to create a friendly, motivating and supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and enjoying the learning process. Whether you are starting from scratch or looking to refine your Ukrainian, I will help you reach your goals with confidence.
