My communication is direct and professional, balancing high expectations with practical encouragement and accountability. I integrate evidence-based literacy practices with content-rich units, emphasizing purposeful reading–writing connections and explicit language supports. Class routines are tight, technology is used strategically, and feedback is timely and actionable. Overall, I create a calm, organized environment where students know the plan, feel supported, and are pushed to grow.
