My Method is once a week get the students to brainstorm ideas of fun projects- Ill accapt the challanging and plauseable ones, thdn we pick an idea out of a hat and thats the eedks project. Now every morning at the begining of class to brush up on creativity Ill give a random sentence and the students will sketch what first comes to mind then we share what the others came up with (10 min about) If this is going to be in semesters: semester 1 will focus on the easiest art to jump into: garbage sculpting or in other words making a sculpture out of items avalible. Semester 2 will focus on clay sculpting and concept planning, semester 3 we take a break and each student chooses their own project after its been aproved by me. Semester 4 will include paper mache and wire sculpting. Each semester will have 3 days of brainstorming concepts.
