#Plus60fit is a training method designed and targeted at adults who lead very sedentary lives and who experience motor and balance difficulties caused primarily by inactivity and decreased muscle mass.
Classes last 1 hour and include exercises specifically selected for each case and adapted to achieve real improvement for each person.
