- I ensure that the subject you learn you understand at the very end. I use follow up questions after challenges to better your understanding and clarify any questions.
- After a problem, I "make a mistake" and I will see if you doubt yourself or correct me. If you correct me then I know that you are becoming confident in the subject.
I was once told that if you are confident to teach a subject than you must understand it first. I want my students to learn and become confident in there work. I don't enjoy doubting so neither should you.
