About Ethan
I am a 23 year old student that comes from a small town in South Africa, Western Cape, that is living in the City of Cape Town for my 7th year now because of opportunities I received and the opportunities that I can create and give back. I have a dream to become a strength and conditioning coach, as well as a scout at the smaller towns so that I can make other people's dreams come true.

I have competed in high and low levels of different types of sports, like rugby, athletics, and cricket. I even received multiple scholarships for my sports and have had some practical experiences with rugby teams and athletes, by training them to become better. I would like to combine exercises that I noticed that would help for all those sports and more, that would keep you on the fittest level possible.
