we start talking and comparing ourselves, according to your needs we prepare a physical and technical training program. then we will start with the training that will vary from day to day depending on whether we have to work on technique or athletic training. my workouts always start with a still and dynamic warm up, to avoid injuries. then we train. end of training involves stretching. my goal is to motivate and improve what you want.
I played football in Italy for more than fifteen years, I started at 5 years, changing many coaches and learning different training methods. I also had experience as a coach with 15-year-olds. I am now studying at the ACSF(Australian College of Sport and Fitness).
