About Lucy
Hello! I'm Lucy Sefton, an ex-athlete with a 2:1 degree in Sports Medicine from King's College London. With over 5 years of experience as a Level 2 diving coach and an upcoming pursuit of a Master's degree in Sports Psychology, my journey has been driven by a deep love for sport. I am excited about the prospect of contributing my academic and practical knowledge to empower students on their educational journey.

I teach 1 hour lessons for GCSE and A-Level students studying Psychology and/or PE. I employ multiple teaching styles, some of these include:
Direct instruction where I explain a topic in depth and the student can ask questions.
- Student centred learning where the student first discusses everything they understand about a topic, and act as if they are the teacher.
- Application of knowledge, where I will guide them through answering exam questions.
