About Kutlwano
My name is Kutlwano and i am a Sports Science graduate and I just also completed my post graduate qualification in Kinesiology. I believe that health is wealth and for people to be aware of that they need to learn the importance of exercise and that's where i come in. My goal is to impart knowledge about exercise and for people to understand their body types and how they can reach their fitness goals.

As a teacher, getting my students to be comfortable with me and building a relationship with them is my main priority. As a Sports Scientist my main goal is to help my students reach their fitness goals and I can do so by planning training programs that would target their specific needs. My duty is to also impart knowledge on the importance of exercise to my students.
