About David
I have served in the armed forces where I pushed my own body to its physical maximum and sometimes this brought on strains that made me want to learn more. After studying at university I started to practice my craft in helping others manage their own sport and fitness goals. Finding their maximum and pushing past it safely preventing injury and easing recovery. I’ve always looked to help people legally gain that small margin over an opponent or their own target. I always look to keep updated with current research and methods to allow me to be aware of best practice.
