My Teaching Techniques and Methods: Step-by-Step Confidence Building My teaching methodology is based on an approach that is both disciplined and flexible: Multidisciplinary Connection: I use my background in Science and Literature to bring a unique perspective to language learning. I connect grammatical rules (logical structures) with the clarity of Science, and vocabulary and cultural context with the depth of Literature. Constructive Feedback Over Error Analysis: During speaking practice, mistakes are opportunities for learning, not sources of judgment. To reduce the student's "silent period" anxiety, I prioritize fluency and gently and systematically correct errors. Step-by-Step Fluency (Scaffolding): I avoid overwhelming the student by breaking down complex topics into small, manageable parts. This allows us to transition from beginner level to intermediate fluency patiently and progressively.
