About Mathis
I currently study Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry at my school and since year 7 I have enjoyed teaching my friends on any topic they didn't understand. This has taught me that I thoroughly enjoy explaining something in a way that causes someone to be able to apply it to problems in the future.

I prefer having my students understand what I am teaching as oppose to memorising it, and I prefer 1:1 teaching. I have been a tutor for 2 years but have been explaining topics to my friends at school for many years. The typical length would be one hour, but I'm also happy to do 2 hours. I would ideally tutor for children from year 7 to year 11.
