About Finley

I have over 4 years of experience as a guitar tutor and hold a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Guitar Studies. Teaching ear training is what excites me most. I believe great guitarists are great listeners. My lessons focus on developing strong listening skills. Students learn how to transcribe solos accurately. We train the ear to identify chord progressions. Interval recognition is practiced regularly. I help students develop reliable relative pitch. Perfect pitch awareness is explored through repetition. Lessons are structured but encouraging. I adapt to each student’s pace. Confidence grows with consistency. My goal is to help guitarists hear music clearly and play with freedom.

About the lesson

I teach guitar as a tool for songwriting and musical expression. Lessons focus on chord progressions, melody building, and lyric writing.
