My methods and strategies includes the development of a good rapport to understand the expectation of the student(s). This becomes the basis to decide how to explain the concepts, theories, etc as the foundation to solve any problem... Demonstration on to tackle at problem with the participation of the student will be also part of any of my strategy to engage the student in the whole process. Solving all kind of problem with minimum support to identify the gap to be addressed further.
