About Mallori
I am a 15-year-old dual enrollment student at Gateway Polk State. I love playing volleyball, and math is my favorite subject. I also provide local tutoring in my neighborhood. Math used to be a struggle for me until I had a teacher who taught me the essentials and made it easier for me to understand. This experience has given me the expertise to help other students. I believe that my approach to math will help others to enjoy it just like I do.

I will start my tutoring process with an assessment(free first session) of the student to identify their current level and the areas we need to work on. The tutoring will focus strictly on pre-algebra and Algebra 1. I will provide tools to help the students pass their End-of-Course (EOC) exams. The lesson plans will involve teaching and then completing assignments. I will also offer homework help for any work the students need assistance with. We will begin with the basics of math and then progress from there, adjusting the level based on the student's needs. The tutoring sessions can be conducted via Zoom calls or in person, depending on the student's preference. I strive to make math easier to understand by skipping the unnecessary work and focusing on what's essential. All the material I cover will be relevant and beneficial to the student's learning.
