About the lesson

When it comes to physiology, the secret my own mentors taught me is to stop reading long, boring paragraphs. The human body works in loops. I will use simple flowcharts to map out exactly how things connect, turning a confusing mess of text into a logical story that just makes sense.
Biochemistry is another major headache. When pathways like gluconeogenesis and glycogenolysis start blurring together, it’s incredibly easy to get tangled up.
