I prefer to have a more interactive conversation with the student and maintain a friendly atmosphere so that a student should not hesitate in asking any doubts regarding any subjects. According to me every student has their own amount of grasping power and it alters but it is the responsibility of the teacher to encourage and inspire the students and make him understand everything even if it takes a little bit extra time and I am ready to invest my time if the student is hardworking. I will explain you each and every question of the exercise if I feel necessary.
