To be completely honest I first got the idea to start teaching tuition as I wanted to earn money, but I’ve realized that I enjoy passing on information and skills that have been vital to my education on to my juniors and being that helping and guiding hand for them that I wish I had in my primary and secondary school journey

Aside from explaining maths and science concepts with relatable examples, I will make sure to regularly ask questions and test my student’s knowledge on the content with unique questions so that the focus and engagement on the lesson is maintained. I will also spend less time reading off answer keys and explaining the questions and instead focus on what areas the student is specifically struggling with and what steps are unclear.
