I have been competing in sprinting for years and regularly change up my routine to support my fitness goals. I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle as it helps keep me focused for my academic commitments whilst studying for my degree.

My teaching method is to gain an understanding of your goals and do research to see what best fits. I then trial this and continue to develop the fitness plans and altering for different aspects, whether that’s to tone up or just eat healthy.
