About Lola
I spent three years in classes préparatoires, so I have an efficient working method that leads to progress and rigour in my studies. I'm currently doing a master's degree in Literature with a view to taking the agrégation. I'm 22 years old and I'm a positive, happy person by nature. I'm aiming to become a teacher, so these lessons will be an enriching experience for me!

I adopt a positive but rigorous approach to lessons and personal work. When learning French, it's effective to alternate between lessons and conversations to improve learning. I mainly help my students to pass their French baccalauréat, and being in England for a month I offer tuition to learn the French language and why not a little French culture and literature if the students are interested. My lessons therefore include: learning to write and speak French, more ‘relaxed’ conversation in order to become more fluent, help with French lessons taken at school, etc.
I've been giving lessons for 4 years, and I've had around fifteen students at all levels and in all classes. Don't hesitate to ask me for the parents' contact details if you need an outside opinion. As far as my level of English is concerned, I have a Cambridge certificate which I passed at secondary school, and I am now very fluent and perfectly capable of understanding native English speakers.

Details
My lessons are 30£ an hour, and I tend to prefer 2-hour sessions as they are more effective. My fees do not only include the lessons, but also my availability to answer questions, correct written work, organise mock exams, etc. outside these hours. In order to improve student follow-up, I give regular reports to parents. I'm happy to travel if you live within easy reach of me. Otherwise, videoconferencing works very well.
