About Hannah
I am in my last year of high school and am looking to pursue a career in art education. I enjoy all sorts of art mediums but I specialize in portraiture, realism and caricature/cartoons. I am trained by professionals in all the fields I teach, I won't offer something out of my ability. I aim to maintain a healthy student/teacher relationship whilst being supportive and encouraging of their art journey.

With teaching any medium of art to cater to as much of the students' needs as possible, whether this means taking breaks throughout the lesson, working on reconstructing learning goals to make them more achievable or finding different ways to explain/ demonstrate things. I've found that this form of teaching allows the student to be felt and seen increasing productivity and motivation. A typical lesson is usually 30 to 45 minutes but can be adjusted depending on the circumstance. Throughout my schooling I have taken art classes that range in many different mediums from qualified teachers. I have also attended occasional classes outside of school. I don't have official tutoring experience but I have taught many younger kids at my school and have found great success with that as well as family and family friends. I work best with 6 to 14 year olds who are looking to learn something from scratch or advance their technique.
