2) Distance of Travel
No, I would not that on anyone that I think is not within a reasonable range from my home.
3) No, charge if and only if I was notified of cancellation 8 hours before set time. For instance, we agree to 16h00 to start the tutoring session then I must be notified before 8h00 at least in the morning on the same day. Yet I will always be as reasonable to your circumstances.
