I prefer working with 1/2 guys at a time. I usually explain the lesson, use practical examples to better understand math and physics. I am very direct and friendly (no embarrassment in saying you didn't get it) and this relationship greatly improves the learning process. I spend a lot of time doing exercises that in my opinion are as important as theory.
