About Liam
I am a 19 year old violinist who is aspiring to pursue music at a professional level. Growing up in Hobart Tasmania, I was inspired to play the violin. As I grew older, Hobart began to become less desirable for classical music studies. I was recommended by my tutor to travel interstate to study. I moved to Brisbane to continue my journey as a performer and am a current student at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music.

I am a strong believer that Building a strong rapport between student and teacher is key to producing excellence from aspiring musicians. In turn I am open to repertoire suggestions from my students.
A typical lesson with me will differ from student to student. For beginners I would focus on posture and sound production as a foundation for aspiring violinists. I also believe that AMEB and other progressional resources are great tools for young players.
With a strong foundation in classical techniques and a passion for music, I strive to inspire my students to achieve their full potential and foster a lifelong love for the violin.
