My teaching methodology increases an introduction to the topic, followed by the key principles and rules. Including noticing when to use the appropriate equations to solve the problem. I give students a toolbox for answering exam questions. Although with a set plan of how to move through the steps of answering the question. The toolbox is also designed to create an association between important information and equations and a visual aid, which allows them to better remember this information in an exam scenario.
