About Shilpa
I belong to healthcare (over a decade) and teaching (close to two decades) industries.
I am adept at the Spanish syllabus taught in eminent Delhi and NCR Schools and have also taught students during their respective Bachelor Degrees. What I enjoy about this work are those magical 'eureka' moments when a student realizes what they found difficult all along is not that tenacious.
The students who have joined me so far range from being industrious and bright to the ones who initially just intend to pass their respective grades, though eventually they end up loving the subject.

The typical process with which I work with a new student revolves around
- assessing parents' and a child's expectations,
- evaluating the current status of a student, and
- formulating a customized plan
The tools I use for ONLINE classes include:
- live, interactive classes
- powerpoint presentations
- whiteboard usage, when required
- notes of concepts in PDF form
- practice exercises during a session
This has worked for me and my students by making my work highly efficient and convenient for the students.
I consider myself a friendly yet a firm teacher, though not a strict one.
I encourage people to gauge performance after every ten classes.
